Στις 26 Νοεμβρίου πέφτει φέτος η Black Friday, η ημέρα που πολλοί καταναλωτές σπεύδουν να αγοράσουν όσα επιθυμούν λόγω των προσφορών που γίνονται. Ο θεσμός που προήλθε από το εξωτερικό είναι συνδεδεμένος με εικόνες καταναλωτικής φρενίτιδας.
Οι κανόνες για τις αγορές κατά την Black Friday
Η Ένωση Εργαζομένων Καταναλωτών Ελλάδος σε παλαιότερη δημοσίευσή της αναφερόταν στους 5 κανόνες που διασφαλίζουν ότι οι καταναλωτές δεν θα πέσουν θύματα «προσφορών». Αυτοί οι κανόνες είναι οι εξής:
- Να κάνουν έρευνα αγοράς και να ελέγχουν όχι μόνο την τιμή (αρχική και νέα) αλλά και την ποιότητα των προϊόντων. Επίσης, να αναζητούν στο διαδίκτυο την τιμή του προϊόντος που πρόκειται να επιλέξουν, βάσει κωδικού ή αριθμού μοντέλου, ώστε να είναι βέβαιοι ότι η τιμή που έχουν εντοπίσει είναι η πιο συμφέρουσα.
- Να οριοθετήσουν τις ανάγκες τους και να προγραμματίσουν με λίστα τις αγορές που πρόκειται να κάνουν, οι οποίες θα συμβαδίζουν με τον προσωπικό ή οικογενειακό τους προϋπολογισμό, αποφεύγοντας αλόγιστες δαπάνες.
- Να ενημερωθούν για τις λεπτομέρειες και τους όρους της συναλλαγής τους όταν αγοράζουν προϊόντα με δόσεις. Ιδίως για αγορές με πιστωτική κάρτα, να είναι πάντα ενημερωμένοι για τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις της συγκεκριμένης αγοράς.
- Τα προϊόντα πρέπει να φέρουν την αρχική τιμή και την τιμή προσφοράς (όχι το ποσοστό έκπτωσης). Προσοχή! Στις προσφορές συχνά αναγράφεται ότι δεν γίνονται αλλαγές, γι’ αυτό εάν μετανιώσετε, δεν έχετε τη δυνατότητα αλλαγής.
- Να ζητάνε πάντα την απόδειξη για τα προϊόντα που έχουν αγοράσει. Σε περίπτωση που το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό και θελήσουν να το επιστρέψουν ή να το αλλάξουν, η επίδειξη της απόδειξης είναι απαραίτητη.
